No, those appear to be quadrupedal. They're not anthros, but they do act like humans.

Anthropormophy is appearance of human traits on creatures.
They are in fact anthropomorphic, as they can talk distinctly, read, write and wear glasses, etc. .

I'm not sure if that defines anthropomorphic, generally they need to have the basic bone structure of a human, but I could be wrong. Thank you for replying in a civil manner, I do not mean to be rude.
