I know right, if I caught someone taking a picture of me without my permission I would knock them out. Give them some bloody space.

Then you would be charged for assaulting them... at least in the USA and most countries I know of, if you're in a public place people are allowed to record/ take pictures of you. They'd be being an asshole but you'd be being a bigger, smelly asshole
