As @mailinay said "contra" is pretty self-explanatory, especially with America's exposure to the Spanish language, so I highly doubt her shirt was misunderstood.
OP obviously took this as some great trick on a bunch of idiots, but the Trump campaign is very open to everyone and I'm sure they wouldn't blow off anyone as long as they weren't being assholes and trying to start trouble. The young Latina in the picture was probably nice about it, so everyone was cordial with her.
funny thing is the reason she went was that her sister was a Trump supporter. she went for her sister, but didn't like Trump herself. the take away here is that everyone accepted her and treated her like an equal. even Trump's son, who gladly took pictures with her. despite her acceptance, she still believes she was being treated unfairly. you know several people probably knew what it said, but treated her nicely to prove that they accept everyone, but no one wants to believe that. how can any group of people treat people as equals? that is madness...

And she never said that she was being treated unfairly. She just went to protest peacefully
