This isn't even remotely what DMCA is for. It can be protected under the parody clauses as "social commentary. Also kind of hard to defend against when the 7 actually has burned up cars. (Nevermind that the owner is a lying lazy asshole.)
Two, YouTube is owned by Google. They also own Nexus and thus have no incentive to take down the videos.
