Actually I'd sleep at a decent time and still be tired all day. Turns out I'm a tiny bit anaemic

It's alright. Iron supplements for two months, and after that I should be fine

My internal clock has been permanently set since birth so that my ideal sleep schedule is from about 3 AM to noon. I got up at 6 AM for school for thirteen years and my body never adapted, and going to work on morning shifts now means taking pills to force myself to sleep at a reasonable time. My boss hates that I'm never available to come help on my days off or come in early when I work nights because I'm always asleep when everyone else is up. So I relate to this a lot. Everybody who's ever given me shit about being asleep during the day or being tired in the morning has gotten this little paragraph spouted and are then promptly told to shut the hell up.
