No. His legs would keep momentum, meaning they would go up (if his body held out) and he'd most likely fall on his back after flying for a bit

That would be true if the flash didn't move faster than the speed of light. But the impulse force would be near infinite and the more I think about it, the more likely his face would be destroyed completely and his lower body would continue to move forward for some time

But he'd have to have a body that can withstand moving faster than the speed of light. His molecules would have to be amazingly strong not to be torn apart by someone who is a walking molecular accelerator

Don't look at me, this is just what I've seen about him I don't know anything about comics. I'm solely basing this on Superman's strength and flash's speed and treating flash's body as a normal human besides the fact that it's super fast.
