Jerry seinfeld has a good point

Well waxing doesn't kill anyone (least I don't think) but a bite or two from the wrong type of spider will probably cause an agonizing and painful death
So yeah I'd rather get waxed than encounter a spider

I'm okay with spiders because you kinda know what to expect, it's just gonna crawl away unless you catch/kill it. What I don't like are flying insects, especially wasps and big mosquitoes. You never know what they're gonna do and if they just don't decide to fly right at your face. They're not even scary, just really gross and cringy.

I'm not scared of spiders, I'm not scared of the dark, I'm not scared of height, but somehow I am scared of balloons.... and talking to people
