Lucky? You had plans that day, and suddenly everybody around you dies horribly and you're probably injured. That's not good luck, that's merely slightly less terrible luck than the other got. Luck is when your incurable disease goes into remission, or you find a treasure in your garden, or all the lights are green on your way to the maternity.

You can look at this in two perspectives. It's lucky that you lived, but it's unlucky that you had to experience this. I cannot say anything else
