When they say the order is processed and shipped in 1-3 business days, but it's been over 3 weeks and it hasn't shipped yet. Gimme my laptop battery!!!

I was supposed to get something in 7-10 business days it's been 12, I'm beginning to think I've been hit by the package thieves that are stealing stuff.
