sometimes i'm amazed at people's ignorance. you can be 10 and know that you like girls more than boys, or vice versa. it's not a choice anyways.

@ guest; a choice is whether you decide to go public with it, or not. people who feel attracted to the same sex are born with it.

It is possible to influence your own preferences on purpose. This does not stop applying to sexual preference just because people have relied on the argument that “it’s not a choice” to help them get more rights.
