Eveyone know's (or hopes) that you are wearing underwear, but noone wants to see it. That being said, I don't think a bra strap is as gross.

I just tell a girl anyway incase she might feel embarrassed or something. My sisters has the cup size tag on hers and felt embarrassed after I found out. Some of my relatives wear bras with the size tag on the straps and felt embarrassed when people read it. Maybe they are insecure about their size
