This makes me think of Aida

Either the skull has decadyed a lot, or that man/woman sustained a massive blow to the head

When you realize this picture put you to shame....

I kind of feel like this is faked. It's too perfect. Obviously the man was already dead given the hole in his head but she would've been alive still to complete the kiss while being buried alive. So as she suffocated she would've panicked and struggled no longer being in that position. It is a lovely thought though.
