There are some things you cannot do in Pokémon Games. For example, you cannot ride the bike indoors. So if you tried to do that, you would get an angry and passionate message from Professor Oak saying 'THERE'S A TIME AND PLACE FOR EVERYTHING, BUT NOT NOW.' And would stop you from doing it. It's very stressful.

There were even some in between places and caves that we couldn't ride our bikes in. Oak was really frustrating.

Y'all do know that the message you get in the game refers to the player remembering Oak's words, and not Oak actually speaking to them right?
