I agree that sports are supposed to be fun, but they are fundamentaly competitive. I don't support the whole " get a trophy for trying". It diminishes the beauty of hard work and improving yourself.

I agree but I also agree with the sign. Sometimes parents take it too seriously but also kids should learn to lose and not everyone gets a trophy
