Actually, his parents were going to have a fine to pay if they did not declare a name for their child (it was in 1996, by the way; he was already 5). They tried to name him Brfxxccxx... and it was declined. Then, they tried to name him A, stating it was pronounced Albin, and it was declined too.
...I don't get their point.
Aren't name forms filled out by hand? Or is there a digital form nowadays? Did they really go through the trouble of writing this out on the birth certificate?

You spelled his name wrong, it's Brfxxccxxmnpcccclllmmnprxvclmnckssqlbb111163 you forgot the 3 at the end
