Completely untrue. As long as there are no gaps or discontinuities in the consciousness its still you. Your original mind would have to be destroyed of course.
You seem to talk pretty confidently on the subject... I thought we didn't understand enough about conscienceness other than the fact it is created in the brain to be able to answer these types of questions. And wgay do you mean "no gaps or discontinuit is in the conscienceness?"
1. You claimed to know the answer to something we know very little about and can't answer, and didn't explain yourself (a common theme for religious people...)
2. That really is amazing that you talk to God and know his will on random, specific topics. Come off it, people claim to know god's will to influence intelectual midgets into being against things they don't like. Unless the bible specifically says god doesn't like reanimation, please correct me of that's the case. But science had been held back enough by the close minded thinking of "its against gods will." Kinda pisses me off.

Sorta related, but this reminds me of movies where people are put into simulations of their ideal paradise, only for one asshole to come along to pull them out because "it's not real."
Like dude, I was plowing Elizabeth Olsen and that one teacher I had in high school with the big butt, the fuck is your problem?
