for many of us that is the standard work day. when i had my restaurant i worked 16 hours a day, 6 or 7 days of the week (depending on what were doing at the time) and i did this for 4 years. 100+ hour work weeks with 3 hours of sleep, i was so dead i can't remember some of those days, and it resulted to my stroke. not fun... i still miss the restaurant sometimes though.
