the first post was saying "nice guys always come last" the second one was explaining that the guys in the first post were extremely unattractive and were not exactly the easiest to serve while the "chads" from the first one were simply acting normal

The second one's just calling the the author of the first one a fat, greasy, autistic neckbeard.
