The face shape, fur, and tipped ears remind me a bit of a collie, maybe it's a mix then.

Looks more golden retriever than Husky. Maybe a cross between the two.

To me it looks like a malamute, which is related to husky. Neither of which are supposed to be shaved because it can damage one or both of their coats.

Malamutes don't have floppy or half pricked ears though. They are essentially just larger huskies.
