...well, sort of. When you're looking at them, weeping angels can't move. If they see you, they send you way back in time so that you die before you could even meet that angel again. That's why the angels always have their hands over their eyes, so that they don't accidentally send each other back in time. Freaky, I know...that's Doctor Who for you.
Couldnt the angel in question ask an angel bro to send them back in time then?
Also why keep their hands in front of their eyes for that purpose, they could just keep em crossed and have the same advantage without hindering their sight
Furthermore why do only the hands send other angels through time, tat really doesnt make sense

@crownederdoc Jesus Christ I can't leave this alone even though it's two months ago they cover their eyes because being seen freezes them goddammit it's their touch that sends you back in time
