Honestly, if you want to burn calories, do HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). The workouts are like 5-15 minutes long and you won't have to do 54 minutes of lunges in order to burn off a soda.

Alternatively you could just sit there and do nothing for a while. A resting human's basal metabolitic rate (as according to our overlord wikipedia) is about 80 watts.
