Honestly, if you want to burn calories, do HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). The workouts are like 5-15 minutes long and you won't have to do 54 minutes of lunges in order to burn off a soda.

Alternatively you could just sit there and do nothing for a while. A resting human's basal metabolitic rate (as according to our overlord wikipedia) is about 80 watts.

However other sources range from anywhere between 75 and 150 watts. The most common figure I've come across is 1 human~=100 watt
