I measured my heart rate before this song and then after and it actually worked
either that or i'm going into cardiac arrest

I listened to it and I didn't feel any different. I guess it doesn't work for everyone

I used to use videos on youtube with songs like this to fall asleep. But then one had a jump scare in it and thats why im posting this at 4am.

I got more anxious because I thought it wouldn't work and one thing led to another and I basically got caught in a feedback loop of anxiety
