You're may be thinking of engineering in the sense of physical construction. The term engineer applies to the computer field too.

if hunger more than 0 feed me that means if the baby is full continue to feed and it wont even goes down to play with me.

No, the statement is correct. The else dictates that if the baby is not hungry, then play with it. I was joking that after 1 run, the baby would be neglected because there's no inherent loop.

ohhh right I was thinking in the way that when hunger reach 0 that means he/she is really hungry lol. also yeah there is no loop the programs just end.
