Modern keyboard concept

This is not modern. We had frogpads(there, it's in autocorrect even) 30 y ago. They're much more fitting to hands than this. I wore them in bus, writing my novels.

I wouldn't be able to pay attention to what I'm doing with those, it would be hard to concentrate if you couldn't see what keys you're pressing

How'd you move that clunky thing around? You should just use a joystick
