I don't think it's only because you hate dogs. It's the fact that you go out of your way to let everyone know you hate dogs. Your comments aren't just showing a different opinion, they're cruel. Kill it, hang out, drown it. They're not funny, they're just mean.
If you hate dogs, that's fine I get it. I'm not a cat person but I'm not gonna go to every cat post and wish death upon them. Let people have their enjoyment wherever they can find it.

I agree. You're like a reverse tony007. You always have to state your opinion, even if it's not asked for. It's fine to have a cynical personality, but when almost every comment you make is something incredibly negative, you act as if the downvotes are unnecessary.
Maybe if you commented more positive stuff or didn't comment at all this would be less of an issue.

That hasn't been explicitly stated or implied here and you didn't necessarily make that obvious when all you said was "execute".

That's fine. Don't love dogs but don't go to posts about loving dogs just to bash dogs. It doesn't make sense. Like I said, it's just cruel.
