Some of it is shit. But some of it is really good, like Thai or some organic places. It can be really good if you know what to buy and where to go out. Still not the healthiest choice for your body though.
And you definitely shouldn't raise your kids only eating vegan options because then later on when they can make the choice for themselves if they want to eat other things, their body won't be able to process them well or at all in some cases
