I too talk in my sleep. Once, whilst sleepwalking, I said I was hungry to my grandmother and grabbed a bar of soap in my hands and was prepared to eat it.

"You don't know what's in the swamp... shrek could be out there..."

I screamed at my mom in my sleep to stop eating my birthday cake. It was in June. My birthday is in November.

I like to zone out sometimes and I do it at will, but I have to be moving, so I'll just be pacing around in a room with nobody in it staring at nothing. Not only that, but my sister told me I sometimes make weird grunting noises occasionally, so that's nice
