Though if Batman wears it for too long, it will kill him. None of the Ironman suits do that.

It depends on what you mean by smarter..Iron Man did graduate from MIT with a double major when he was 16 and Batman is a super detective so

He had a plan to take out all the other members of the Justice League if they ever went rogue, while Ironman did not.
