MS paint, can only rotate by 90 degrees. This genius uses simple math to work around.

That is possibly one of the coolest things I've ever seen.

Or you can just get some free picture editing software to rotate by any amount you want. This is still cool, though. If you combine all of the steps into a single algorithm, that might even be how other software performs e.g. 35 degree rotations automatically.
