I'm not sure but, given how smooth that water is, I think that may be in a lake.

Nope, I'm fairly certain this is off the coast of western Canada. I could be wrong but I believe I recognize this house.
It's in the pacific and even during the roughest seas it's not really an issue. The plan bobs around a little but no harm done

Maybe it IS high tide.
