It's probably because he was kidnapped as a baby, so they had to do a reconstruction of what his face would probably look like. It's odd nonetheless

They are computer generated. That's what the post is about, how incredible police facial reconstruction programs are. They're meant to be close to the "found" pictures, and many of them are remarkably similar
