A dagger doesn't cut as clean as a scalpel or an obsidian knife, which makes such a clean cut you don't bleed at all

That's bullshit. A cleaner cut bleeds more because the blood vessels for some reason don't constrict as much when cut as opposed to torn.

Yes but they're fragile. I'd much rather have a good steel blade.

This person was morbidly obese, not regularly chubby or even fat, if they've cut so deep without hitting any blood or organs.

OF COURSE septic wounds don't look healthy. You can indeed say from looking that septic wounds are unhealthy. Morbid obesity is is obviously not healthy but visually assessing someone's BMI and conjecturing about their health is a bit different from looking at flesh that is literally green.

If you're getting a workout just from walking across the parking lot, you're probably unhealthy.

Being so fat is definitely not healthy, but I'm not sure why a sceptic infection is being used to get the point across. Its possible for anyone to have an infection go sceptic, which is very dangerous and in alot of cases deadly. Make sure you go to the doctor immediately if you have a bad infection and make sure you properly care for wounds to prevent infection in the first place. This isn't just an obese person disorder so make sure you take extra care of keeping wounds clean.
