Just saying- open bandaids in the dark. The static electricity from peeling the wrappers apart is awesome to see. Short lived, but cool.
Also I suggest buying your own box to do this with as, if you live with parents, they tend to get shitty about "ruining things", "wasting bandaids", or being an "unproductive member of society". ((I found out this cool thing when I was like 11 and opened 4 boxes of dollar bandaids. The science behind it was not appreciated apparently.
