I worked at McDonald's for 14yrs and we had separate toys most of the time. One year we were told that we couldn't ask boy or girl toy anymore. They said someone could be offended. No one complied and not one person complained. Sometimes a girl wanted the car so they would just say boy toy. No one made a big deal out of it.

Wait, wait, wait.
There should be a third toy for gender non conforming kids.
I mean, unless, this is person nonbinary erasing.
That would be bad
Would Senpai ever lie to you about as something as serious as gender and their rep?
Gender is a spectrum, and a very wide one at that. We should respect all genders, not matter how bizarre!
The third toy is the infant/baby/under 3 option, for just those people who can't actually handle picking a boy or girl toy for their precious unique snowflake.
for anyone that wants to be "hurr durr fuck off dumb SJW's r u triggered:"
the point is that a girl shouldn't have to say they want the toy that's "for boys." Society discourages interest in certain things based on gender from a young age for no good reason, and it's part of the reason that certain career fields tend to be dominated by one gender. Kids shouldn't get teased for being interested in things society arbitrarily decides only the other gender should have. just let people do what they want. ffs

Which is why, the main guy who has a controversial series of posts, did not say it, as I understood that sometimes, even though boys round up to trucks, will not mind to get the occasional MLP doll.
could you please write that in a more coherent sentence? I'm not trying to be an asshole grammar nazi bud but I'm legitimately having trouble telling what you're trying to say
Uhm, if you had "the most controversial series on this site" you would not be within the 10 most popular posters. You're posting exactly what most people in this place love to see, making you actually one of the least controversial posters here.

I'm popular!?
Those posts barely hit trending.....
Serosenpai has their star from comment likes, not their series. If you're going to accuse someone of being popular for something that's controversial ( just because many people agree doesn't mean it's not controversial ) at least get your facts straight
The worker was probably required by store policy to have the customer explicitly choose whether they wanted Hot Wheels or Barbie. While the worker was likely bound by policy, the dipshit in line could easily have said "Hot Wheels please."
While I get that customer service workers usually have a script they need, it definitely isn't all of this , implying it is sjw bullshit. The customer definitely could have just said hot wheels but I think I've seen the original and it does start off with some sjw nonsense
Seriously, that's how most businesses operate in order to avoid a plethora of issues.
Furthermore, if we want to talk about where opinions should and should not be presented.... This woman was so crippled by her own gender related " ickiness" that she failed ( tragically) to answer a simple question that only had two correct answers.
Come the hell on, lady.
That might work if there were numerous possible answers.
There were only two. Two possible answers. That's it. Should have been easy.
Get your shit together, lady. FFS.
@diyrogue I've seen this image multiple times in multiple places, but I've never seen more than this bit. So we're judging this image based on the context in the image, in which case it's a pretty simple fact that the customer was asked "Do you want Hot Wheels or Barbie?" regardless of anything else. And going by just this bit, if you're asked by a worker "Hot Wheels or Barbie" you're only being given two choices: Hot Wheels or Barbie. If you're so very certain that you want a "boy toy" then you already have an idea of what it is you want, so open your mouth and say "I want a Hot Wheels, please."

First time texting, sorry.
I, the guy with the most controversial series on this site, agree with you.
