What's the gear ratio? Efficiency? Average amperage? (I'm assuming it's electronically limited to the standard USB 5V)

I mean, I guess, but immigrant is a really broad category. Even in France, if you pointed to a random person and called them an immigrant, you'd probably be right 60% of the time. People move, they don't stay in the same place.
