You're missing my point. I call it standard, everyone i work with calls it standard, everyone i have ever worked with calls it standard. I don't give a fuck what others call it that's the name it's been given by everyone i know.

Of course they're gonna call it standard because it is the default in the US, all we're saying is that globally speaking, you are a minority and the imperial system is not even close to being the standard
