I've tried it; it started okay but then it just went downhill

This is why my dog was terrified of stairs. Except he was scared to go either way. He once chased a cat into someone's basement before he realized he'd used the stairs and then was too scared to come back up them.

It's difficult because your knees and elbows don't bend the same way as a dog's.

Technically they do but people tend to use their whole hand when they quadripedify themselves whereas normal quads walk on the first bones of the "fingers".

I tried this the other day for fun (I'm 30) it hurt my back and didn't seem as quick as it used to. Next one to try is sliding down stairs although I fear it will have much the same results
