At my last job the manager ( who was rarely on the floor ) wrote up a floor supervisor twice in one day because customers were complaining about stuff we were out of.
1. They were sale items that we were out of because THEY WERE ON SALE.
2. Its not even the supervisors job to order more stock, it was the managers.
