The only therapist I ever went to repeatedly told me and my mom I was depressed,cutting myself, and thinking about suicide all because I wore black and long sleeves

So he/she assumed you were full blown depressed, all because of your attire? That's not professional at all.

Yep she was an art therapist and every time I'd go she'd ask "why do I wear long sleeves?", "does my mom make me leave the door open", "how often do you think of killing yourself?". It was really creepy and my mom has now realized a creepy therapist won't make me change my religious beliefs
