Nope I work at one, know all about it. I do have a few notes about the video though, I see these events all the time!
1. Do not rely solely on the nozzle shut off they CAN AND DO sometimes fail so stay at the pump while fueling, a small spill that the station attendant can contain is one thing a major spill (five or more gallons or one that endangers water or ground) YOU will have to pay to clean up which can cost multiple thousands of dollars!
2. Don't freaking smoke or play with fire while fueling no matter how remote the chances of an explosion it can happen! The attendant, any nearby buildings and your insurance company will thank you.
3. Please report any pump issues, the attendant may not know about it and it could be important and require quick action, our terminals only tell us so much.
