I envy people who can just put their head on a pillow and they're asleep, even without doing all this exercise

Since I was forced to learn to fight sleep, it takes several hours.

I'm the same, I had insomnia for a year but I'm getting better so it only takes me 3 hours to sleep, progress!

by the way 10 km is 6.2 miles so yeah, basically this, but the 10 km were run "fast" with opm
