In Lima (Peru) there's a road that goes by the sea, that has barely no traffic lights, and the road is like 20km long

Yeah, I made a mistake and changed it. This road is in Lima, the capital city of Peru

Okay, that makes more sense, because I was thinking about how there are lots of highways and such that don't have traffic lights over long distances.
