How I justify not walking up to girls and asking them out

Here's the thing, eye contact. Dont stare but try to make eye contact with your person of intrest. You can tell how the encounter will play out based on how the look back at you. After I amputated my leg that I hated, I found courage. I use the fear and anxiety and turn it into excitement. Now I will walk up to any girl and just say hello. If you get regected just take it on the chin and try again. You never know what could happed so take a chance. He/she could be your soul mate.
