Story time. My two cousins and I were driving home from the mall. We could see two people in the car infront of us arguing. All of a sudden the passenger threw out a wallet and cash started flying past our car. We slammed on the breaks and parked. Turns out we picked up a total of around $400 bucks. The dudes wallet had like 6:credit cards in it. They kept driving sobwe said fuck it and turned around and went back to the mall. We left the wallet with the credit cards on the side of the road. Our logic was if they didnt care enough to turn around and get his stuff, finders keepers. We were 16 at the time so mailing the wallet back didnt enter our minds. In hindsight we should jave mailed it back but oh well.
Honestly, when I lose my wallet the cash in it is the last thing that I care about. I instantly cancel my credit cards for obvious reasons, then I hope someone finds it and returns it (with or without cash, I really do'nt care) because having to remake my ID and stuff is a pain in the ass.
Finders keepers, losers weepers
