My cousin's dogs sits like goats, two of them sit exactly like goats lol meanwhile the younger, a small chihuahua mix breed, when she sits and you trie to pick or touch her paw she immediately contracts her paws and sits like a goat lol

My dog does this! We call it his "pretty paws".
