...if the glass was half empty, shouldn't the empty side be on the bottom, as they should be referring to the base of the cup. Hence, why I always say Half Full, regardless of me being optimistic at the time or not.

Did anyone notice that there's a smiley face at the bottom.

It's seems to be, to some degree, completely full, as air fills the top half. But als, I can never know its exact measurements, for even if I try to measure it will change its measurements.
