Yashar must not be familiar with America. This picture isn't unique. There's at least one every time these clowns hold a rally, protest, march, picnic, whatever. The cops aren't really protecting them. The cops are protecting the peace. These clowns like to yell, the people protesting them like to yell, and if allowed to get close to one another the yelling devolves into fighting.

*Rubs temples* There is a stark difference between neo-nazis that run cars into people and a movement whose central character takes a knee during the national anthem. If you don't understand that, you are the problem.

You are being willfully ignorant of both sides.

He's very brave (not neglecting others in similar circumstances).

Being a white supremacist doesn't mean you want to hurt black people.

It's words. They don't hurt you

If you're a white supremacist, you want whites to be the supreme race. There's no way to achieve that without hurting people, black people along with many others. It's not as if you'd make a call to action without expecting people to act. No one puts out an idea that they wouldn't want acted on.

What's really funny is that black police officer is protecting people whose words and ideologies may be wrong, but he's protecting them from so-called "pro tolerance" people who are so offended by those words and they resort to violence, justifying that violence with phrases like "Nazis have lost their right to not be punched." It's crazy how in all the incidents of violence, it's always the pro-peace counter protest who starts that.
