This should be part of a mandatory class for all management positions. But they probably wouldn't listen anyway because the people who end up as bad managers are the same kind that you can't tell shit.

Theres certainly more bad managers out thefe than good ones. But i promise you that being a good manager is a LOT tougher than you think. Everyone wants to be king until theyre king.

If you're still trying, then you're not really a bad manager. Was a "queen". It is tough, but the ones that get to the point they'll sacrifice morals for favor and promotion are the ones that are most toxic imo.
