We don't know what the Gauntlet is going to do. QS could easily come back... as could Ultron and Ronan.
Ronan deserves to come back... that's one character Gunn totally bastardized.
I doubt QS comes back, just because of Fox's QS.
Also, a 3rd of these movies aren't actually made by Marvel... and in the MCU plenty of people die, they just tend to be villains.
