Why shame someone at 19 for having sex? It's totally natural. Yes, she should've been careful with protection if she didn't want a baby, but that's not what she's being shamed for..

I hear the morning after pill shouldn't be used a birth control for health reasons. There are a shit load of more cost effective alternate birth control.
